Rebecca Rees

Rebecca developed her leadership and business experience at Mars Inc where she worked in Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain. She spent five years on the UK Board as Logistics Director and then Marketing Director. While at Mars she was recognised for her success in developing teams and individuals cross-functionally, both as a mentor , coach and contributor to Mars policy on talent development and assessment.

As a leadership coach Rebecca has worked on multiple coaching assignments across a breadth of sectors and roles. She has built a reputation for working creatively and insightfully with business leaders and teams to facilitate successful outcomes. She has a coaching style that is warm and collaborative yet perceptive and thought-provoking. Rebecca is passionate about 1:1 coaching and helping people to make significant breakthroughs and achieving things they didn’t believe they could.

Before qualifying as a coach, Rebecca set up and ran a successful head hunting consultancy, which was innovative in its approach and handled senior assignments across some high profile businesses’ including Vodafone, Habitat and Matalan.

Rebecca is a qualified Executive Coach, having completed the 2 year The Tavistock Executive Coaching Programme, accredited by the (EMCC) at Senior Practitioner level.

She was short-listed for the Mentor of the Year at the Women of the Future Awards and continues to support young people in the early stages of their career. Rebecca was also a key member of the team which led the Duke of Edinburgh Award 50th Anniversary Celebrations.

Rebecca is passionate about the latest trends and research into physical and mental fitness and qualified as a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach in 2022 with the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Programme. She has two sons living in Switzerland and Austria. In her spare time she is learning to speak German, loves walking in the mountains and riding her Peloton.
